By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service.Payment is expected up front before any work would be done.After payment you will receive a sketch for approval. Note any changes you would like on the sketch or if you are unsatisfied I may re-sketch the commission to your liking. If you are still unsatisfied after three drafts I reserve the right to refund you after a consultation.By commissioning me you acknowledge that unexpected events happen in my life that may delay your commission.Allow at least three months for me to finish your commission. If I have not started any progress on your commission in this time frame you may request a full refund. If I have worked on your commission you will only receive a partial refund. If at any point I have to cancel the commission you will be refunded full payment back.I retain the right to refuse a commission and deny you service.You may use my artwork for personal use only: i.e. making a personal print to frame, making stickers for yourself, or any other personal items.
